We are the center for Family Wellness in the Lakes Region. Our mission is to inspire our community to reach optimal health and well-being through accessible, quality chiropractic care and wellness education.

Class Rates 2012:
$8/$15 - "Drop In" visit
$29/$59 - 5 visit pass
$40/$109 - 10 visit pass
$80/$90 - Monthly Membership

Restorative Yoga

Come release your stress with this 2-hour blissful yoga class. This class is focused on "relaxing and renewing" your body and mind from the daily grind. It will be held February 26th from 3:00-5:00PM. Class is full. Check back for the next scheduled class!

Stretch and Tone

Just as the title suggests, this class will be focused on stretching and toning your body! Please join us for this 6-week class. $12/class - bring a friend! See under Events for more details.

February Workshops

During the month of February we will be having free workshops every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm. The classes are open to the public and we encourage all members of our community to join us and stay informed. The healthy topics this month will be: How to Raise a Healthy Family, Healthy Hearts, and Laws of Healing! Check Events for the monthly schedule.
