Awakening Your Innate Intelligence
Restorative Yoga
There was a great turn out for the Restorative Yoga Class held in October. This class is a gentle flow class that helps you relax and release stress. The next class will be held on November 20th. There is a fee of $20 for Awakening Chiropractic patients and $30 for non-patients. The class will run from 3pm-5pm. Please see the evetns page for more information on the upcoming class.
