Healthy Living Workshops:

All of our workshops are free and open to the community.

Classes are 30 minutes long, and are held every Monday at 5:30 PM unless otherwise listed.

February 2019 Healthy Living Classes

Monday, 2/4 @ 5:30 PM -  Bulletproof Your Body - This must know class will give you all the information necessary to protect and fortify your spinal adjustments. The Doctors will be reviewing important information like proper work/postural ergonomics, sleeping positions, various core exercises and bio-structural traction.

As we are in the midst of winter come learn how even being out in the cold has immense benefit to wellness, happiness, and longevity.

Monday, 3/11 @ 5:30 PM - Train For and Conquer a 5K Run - Training for any race or activity can be daunting. Come learn the best ways to get out and run that are safe for your body. As spring is around the corner the injury rate in the community rises. People start doing more activity once the snow has melted that their body has not been conditioned to do.  Learn the importance of proper training. There is something for everyone in this info packed class!

Monday, 4/15 @ 5:30 PM - Lifestyle Nutrition For Chronic Disease- Nutrition is an essential part of health and wellness. Come learn the best nutrition choices for those battling chronic disease and for those hoping to prevent chronic disease.

Monday, 4/22 @ 5:30 PM - Healthy Core Stability Exercises That Don't Wreck Your Spine - Do you have a strong and stable core? Core stability is important for maintaining excellent spinal health. Come learn the common mistakes people make when trying to strengthen their core, as well as the best exercises to add to your routine.
